Chinese White Cabbage

450g Chinese white cabbage
38g fox nuts
75g lotus seeds
300g lean pork
4 red dates(stones removed)

Method
-Wash chinese white cabbage
-Wash fox nuts, lotus seeds and red dates
-Wash lean pork,scald and rinse
-bring water to the boil. add all the ingredients. bring to the boil. turn to low heat and cook for 2 hours.Serve.
